At VoltRecvr, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will always work to make things right.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us at voltrecvr@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue including offering a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at voltrecvr@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

4. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our dropshipping model, we are currently unable to accept physical returns. However, we will always find a fair solution for any issue you experience.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delayed due to customs or carrier issues outside our control
