1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work to make it right — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Please note that due to our dropshipping model, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we will always find a fair resolution.

8. How do I use the products?
Each product comes with usage instructions. Here are some quick tips:
- Massage Gun — Start on the lowest speed setting and apply to sore muscle groups for 1–2 minutes per area. Do not use on joints or bones.
- Electric Cupping Massager — Apply to clean, dry skin. Start with low suction and increase gradually. Use for 5–10 minutes per session.
- EMS Muscle Stimulator — Place pads on the target muscle group. Start at the lowest intensity and increase to a comfortable level. Use for 20–30 minutes per session.
- Back Brace — Wear snugly around your lower back during activity or as needed for support. Do not wear for extended periods without breaks.
